Luisa Gil Martínez

Associate Lawyer

A 2025 law graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), she directs her practice toward intellectual property, medical civil liability and administrative law.

Her work encompasses the drafting of legal documents, the handling of administrative and regulatory proceedings, trademark prosecution, and the management of litigation in civil, administrative and real estate matters.

She has furthered her academic training through courses, diplomas, workshops and specialized conferences in civil procedure and arbitration, strengthening her skills in legal analysis, research and dispute resolution. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation at the same institution.

A member of the Dominican Bar Association, she maintains ongoing awareness of the regulatory reforms affecting the sectors in which she advises.
