Danjee Rodríguez

Associate Lawyer

A 2022 law graduate of Universidad Católica Santo Domingo (UCSD), she focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution, representing and advising clients in judicial and out-of-court proceedings involving civil, commercial and real estate matters.

Her practice encompasses the design of procedural strategies, the drafting of claims, appeals, contracts and other legal filings, as well as the management of proceedings before the country’s various jurisdictions. She also handles matters involving contractual disputes, trusts, real estate developments and proceedings concerning registered rights, delivering solutions aimed at protecting her clients’ interests.

She has furthered her training through diplomas and specialized programs in real estate law, including Real Estate Law, Due Diligence in Property Transactions, and Estates and Successions. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), strengthening her background in corporate, contractual and business law.

She is a member of the Dominican Bar Association, through which she keeps abreast of the judicial criteria that bear on her litigation practice.
