This structure legally created in our country by means of Law No. 189-11, for the Development of the Mortgage Market and the Trust in the Dominican Republic, has become a tool for development, not only of real estate, but encompasses multiple financial sectors in the market. Since its introduction, the Firm has had the opportunity, through its members, to participate in Trusts, advising the various agents who are present; granting a primary role to continuous education with participation in forums, seminars and international certifications. All of the above has allowed our Firm to improve its skills in the development of ultimate products and a defense of the interests of our clients before the conflicts presented.
