Earning his Law Degree with Cum Laude honors in 1990 from the Colegio de Estudios Profesionales (CDEP).
His professional practice has been focused on civil procedure, arbitration, trusts, contract law, criminal law, and administrative law. In addition to his legal practice, he has combined his expertise with academia, serving since 2018 as a Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at Universidad Dominicana O&M, contributing to the education of future generations of legal professionals.
Committed to continuous professional development, he has enhanced his profile through advanced studies in various areas of law. In 2000, he completed the Program on Real Estate Foreclosures and Related Incidents, along with the Commercial Law Program and Corporate Entities Seminar, offered by the Fundación de Institucionalidad y Justicia (FINJUS).
Later, in 2005, he participated in the Commercial Contracts and Due Diligence Seminar, conducted by the Gaceta Judicial Legal Training Unit. More recently, in 2012, he completed the Diploma in Finance for Lawyers at the Instituto OMG, strengthening his expertise in financial matters and their application in legal practice.
His combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience positions him as a highly qualified attorney, capable of advising clients on complex legal matters with a results-oriented approach.
