A lawyer with over three decades of experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate, real estate, inheritance, intellectual property, contractual, civil, and trust law. She graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) in 1992, and since then has built a solid career advising national and international clients on business structuring, asset protection, and effective legal strategies.

Her practice is distinguished by a thorough approach and the ability to provide innovative solutions that ensure the legal security of her clients.

She continuously updates her legal knowledge through specialized training in various areas of law. She has completed a Diploma in Inheritance Law from Gaceta Judicial in 2017, a Diploma on Law No. 189-11 for the Development of the Mortgage Market and Trusts at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2012, and a Diploma in Tourism Law at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) that same year.

Additionally, she has expanded her expertise in taxation with a Diploma in Corporate Taxation at UNPHU in 2011 and another at Gaceta Judicial in 2008, as well as in corporate law with a Diploma in Corporate Law from Gaceta Judicial in 2009. As a member of the Dominican Bar Association, she reaffirms her commitment to professional ethics and legal excellence, establishing herself as a reliable and specialized advisor for businesses and individuals.
